RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing BOOZUU. Before returning any product, please read the following instructions carefully. Our customer service representatives are available to assist you with any questions or concerns.

Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipping: If your order has not been shipped, contact us via email or through our Contact Us page to request a full refund or product replacement.
  • After Shipping: If your order has already been shipped, we do not allow cancellations. You may refuse delivery upon arrival, but the package must be returned in its original, unused, and unopened condition. We will refund the product price, but shipping charges will be your responsibility.

Exchange & Refund Policy

  • No Refunds for "Change of Mind": We do not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind." Consumer guarantees do not apply if you:
    • Received what you ordered but changed your mind, found it cheaper elsewhere, decided you didn’t like it, or had no use for it.
    • Misused the product in a way that caused the issue.
    • Assumed the product was a LEGO model at the time of purchase.
  • Consumer Guarantees:
    • If you received a wrong or missing item due to our fault within 15 days of delivery, you are eligible for a full or partial refund.
    • If you received a defective item, a full refund will be provided upon return, but shipping costs will be your responsibility. No refund can be offered without a return.

Exchange & Return Policy

  • Exchanges: For quality issues within 15 days of delivery, we offer exchanges (excluding man-made damage). Refunds are not available in this case.
  • Returns for Repair: Items can be returned within two years for repair due to quality issues. We will cover repair costs, but you are responsible for round-trip shipping and customs fees. After two years, all costs are your responsibility.

Reporting Issues

If you suspect an item is faulty, contact us with your order ID#, the item number(s), and photos or videos of the defect. Report any transit damage within 24 hours of receipt without opening the package.

How to Return Packages

  1. Contact Us: Reach out via our Contact Us page. We will respond within 24 hours (Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM).
  2. Return Instructions: Follow our instructions for returning the package. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
  3. Pack Your Return: Use original packaging and include the return label, order number, and reason for return. We recommend using your national post and providing a tracking number.
  4. Return Deadline: The package must be postmarked within 45 days of delivery, defined by courier tracking or assumed as 25 days after shipment if not tracked online.

Processing Returns

  • Exchanges: Typically arrive within 7-21 business days.
  • Refunds: Processed within 1-3 days of receiving the return package, refunded to your PayPal account.
