Shipping and Delivery Information

Once your order has been placed, we begin the process of preparing it for shipment. Our standard processing time is typically 1-2 working days, but during peak seasons, this may extend to 3-5 working days. After processing, your order will be carefully packaged and shipped from either our China warehouse or a US-based Amazon warehouse, depending on product availability and your location.

Estimated Delivery Times

For most orders, especially those shipped from our China warehouse, delivery typically takes 10-15 business days to arrive at your specified destination. Orders fulfilled from our US Amazon warehouse may arrive sooner, depending on your location. Shipping times may vary depending on the method selected during checkout.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $49.99 or more (excluding certain countries). This free shipping offer does not apply to Funwhole brand products. For other international orders, shipping costs will vary based on your location and the shipping option you choose. Detailed shipping costs will be presented during the checkout process.

Shipping Insurance

To give you peace of mind, we offer shipping insurance that provides superior protection for your valuable items during international delivery. Should your parcel be reported as lost or damaged, we will reship it at no additional cost to you, ensuring that your experience with BOOZUU remains positive.

Taxes and Duties

For international orders, particularly those bound for Europe, please be aware that as of July 1, 2021, orders valued at 150 Euros or less will be subject to VAT. Orders exceeding 150 Euros may also incur import VAT and customs duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Important Shipping Information

To avoid any delays or issues with your delivery, please ensure that you provide accurate and detailed shipping information, including your phone number. This is crucial for the successful delivery of your order. If there are any discrepancies between the provided information and your credit card or delivery service records, we may need to contact you, which could delay your order.

Please note that we do not ship to PO Box (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses. We recommend providing a detailed street address to ensure successful delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). These tracking numbers will be active and available for checking within 48 hours. You can monitor the progress of your shipment by visiting our Order Tracking page, where you can enter your tracking number and view real-time updates on your package's journey.

Handling Issues with Your Order

In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team immediately. We are committed to resolving such issues quickly, either by reshipping your order or providing a refund, depending on your preference.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, please note that we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed. Additionally, if your package is returned to BOOZUU due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for both the shipping and return charges.
